How can a company like this continually do business and be so arrogant about it? Companies like this are one of the reasons our country is declining as a prosperous Nation. DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO, you will be very disappointed and may lose money. I pray you find a better option for your Mortgage need.

Now I wasted 3 full months and dropped my credit score due to the "Hard Inquiry" which, I assume, will make the next attempt at Refi harder somewhere else now. I was warned by this other lender, about the Class Action Suits against them, but figured since I was already a Wells Fargo customer the process should go quicker and easier. I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for years without any issues and opted to use them instead of going with a different company for my Refi. I have requested a release of the appraisal so I can move on and have not received that either. I paid my appraisal fee up front, of nearly $700, and requested a refund which of course they say is non-refundable. After the 3rd time this happened, just a day or two before closing each time, I rejected the 4th request and stopped the process. I would always complete their requests within hours and a new "Close date" would be set. I started a Refi process in January and Had a set date to close but, the day before closing, they sent more "conditional request" garbage. They never return a phone call and just email you when you request a call back. Wells Fargo Home mortgage has been the absolute worst company I have ever had dealings with on a refi.
